Cancellation Policy

The New You Academy is obliged to consider the needs and value of time for all clients using our services. Short notice appointment cancellation, failed attendance or late arrival (of more than ten minutes) disrupts service access for other clients.

While we understand that circumstances arise which might prevent our client from making their scheduled appointment, due to the high demand for appointments, the following Cancellation Policy applies.

• For clients who have engaged our services and cancel an appointment with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice, a $200 Late Cancellation Fee will be applied to their account.

• For clients who have engaged our services and fail to appear at their scheduled time, a $300 No Show Fee will be applied to their account.

• Clients who book a *FREE* consultation and cancel that appointment with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice, or who fail to appear at their scheduled time, are ineligible for another free consultation and all future consultations will be billed at the rate of $300 per hour with a one hour minimum.

• Cancellation and No Show Fees are non-refundable and must be paid before another appointment can be made.

The New You Academy reserves the right to request clients who; cancel appointments at short notice, fail to attend, arrive late or are rude/abusive to source another service provider.

After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.

Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
